What is Signa?
Signa is a decentralized prediction market protocol — formally, a Truth Discovery Protocol. It lets anyone create a prediction market on any verifiable question, participate with real capital, and resolve outcomes through a structured, community-driven process.
No gatekeepers decide which questions are worth asking. No market makers are required to provide liquidity. No central authority declares the result.
Three things that make it structurally different

Permissionless creation. There is no editorial board, no application process, no approval queue. If a question can be clearly framed, outcomes can be defined, and participants are willing to engage, it can become a market. A neighborhood match and a national election are equally valid.
Lock-pool liquidity. Traditional prediction markets require someone to bankroll the opening positions. Signa eliminates this requirement. Every position placed is locked into the pool, and the pool is the prize. The participants are the liquidity.
Decentralized arbitration. Outcomes are not declared by the platform. They move through a staged resolution process: the creator submits a result, the market opens for dispute if participants disagree, contested markets escalate to arbitration, and unresolved markets void with refunds. Each step is protocol-enforced and economically accountable. Signa would rather return every cent than declare a false truth.
What users do on Signa

Participants connect their wallet, choose markets, take positions on outcomes, and claim payouts or refunds after resolution.
Creators launch markets — writing the question, defining outcomes, setting the rules and timing, and seeding the initial liquidity. They are also responsible for submitting the settlement result after the event occurs.
Referrers share markets through referral links and earn referral rewards from the positions placed by users who come through those links.
These roles are not exclusive. A creator is also a participant in their own market. A participant can also be a referrer. The same wallet can hold all three roles simultaneously.
What Signa is not
Signa is not a polling product, a news feed, or a social platform. Markets may attract discussion and community activity, but the core product is the market itself: a question, a set of outcomes, capital committed by participants, and a defined resolution path.
Signa is also not a traditional application with accounts and sign-up flows. It is wallet-native. Your wallet is your identity. Connecting it is all you need to begin.
