Track and Claim

INFO

Screenshots on this page are demonstrated using FoxChat wallet.

After entering a market, your position is on-chain and stays there until the market resolves or voids. This page explains how to follow a market's progress, understand what each stage means for you, and claim when the time comes.

Seeing your positions

All your positions are tied to your wallet address and visible whenever your wallet is connected. You do not need to have been logged in or active when the market moved through its stages — reconnect at any point and your current position state is there.

Open the menu and go to Portfolio to see your positions.

Portfolio positions list with status filtersThe Positions tab lists each open position with your side, current multiplier, and projected return if correct. Filter by market state using the chips at the top.

Each position shows the market it belongs to, the outcome you chose, the amount you committed, and the market's current status.

Understanding market states

A market moves through several stages after you enter it. Each stage has a different meaning for what is still possible and what you should expect.

Active. The market is still accepting positions. Odds are live and moving with each new participant.

Settling. Participation has ended. No new positions can be entered. The creator must submit a result within the settlement window. If the creator does not submit in time, the market is voided.

Dispute Period. The creator has submitted a result and the dispute period is open. Other participants may raise a dispute during this time. The outcome is proposed but not yet final. If enough participants dispute and the escalation threshold is met, the market moves to arbitration.

Arbitrating. The dispute threshold was met and the market is now in arbitration. The final outcome is pending. This phase takes time; do not expect immediate resolution.

Resolved. The market's result is final. This is the stage where your position turns into something claimable — either proceeds or a refund.

Voided. The market was unable to produce a valid final result. Your net position is claimable as a refund.

Notifications

The bell icon in the top-right shows notifications. Signa sends a notification when a market you created or hold a position in enters the settlement window.

When to claim

Claims only become available after a market is resolved or voided. Until then, your funds are in the contract and the outcome is still being determined.

There is no automatic payout. Funds do not move to your wallet on their own. When the market resolves, you initiate the claim — the contract sends you what you are owed.

There is no deadline pressure on claims. If a market resolves and you do not claim immediately, your funds remain in the contract and can be claimed whenever you are ready.

Winning payout vs. void refund

These are two different outcomes, but the claim action works the same way for both.

Winning payout. If your chosen outcome won, your payout is your proportional share of the total pool, minus the winner tax on your profit. The net position you originally put in is returned as part of this amount.

Void refund. If the market was voided, you receive your net position back — the amount that entered the pool after the entry fee was deducted. There is no profit and no winner tax. Entry fees are not included in the refund.

In both cases, you claim through the same interface. The market's resolved state determines which amount applies.

Creator fees and referral fees

If you created markets or earned referral fees, those are claimable from the Earning section in the menu — separately from your participation positions.

Creator fees and referral fees are held in each market's contract independently. If you have activity across multiple markets, you claim from each one individually. They do not aggregate automatically into a single claimable balance.

Creator base fees become available when you submit settlement for that market. Arbitration reserve fees, if applicable, become available after resolution. Referral fees are distributed at the time each position is placed and are claimable immediately — no time lock applies.
