Q: How to verify if my wallet/email is correctly connected?

After entering Signa:

Click the avatar in top-right or bottom navigation "Assets".

Next to "Disconnect", you'll see the currently connected EOA wallet address (for email login, this is auto-generated from your email).

Format: 0xxxxx…xxxxxx.

Open FoxChat avatar → Check selected wallet address → Compare with Signa display. Match = correct connection.

Q: What's the relationship between email/wallet login and Signa account (smart wallet)?

Email or wallet = just a KEY.

Signa uses non-custodial architecture. For email login:

  1. Privy generates EOA wallet from your email
  2. EOA generates your personal smart wallet

This smart wallet IS your Signa account — deposits, trades, withdrawals all happen here.

Same for external wallet login: generates dedicated smart wallet.

Q: Why does a position show "Entry Price" below "Market Price" but still displays a loss?

Due to low liquidity impact.

Every trade moves Yes/No prices. Lower liquidity = bigger price impact.

  • User buys $1000 "Yes" → Price spikes to $0.65
  • Realizable value ≈ $1000 (not $0.65 × shares)
  • Price later drops to $0.35 → Full sell-out yields < $1000

Signa calculates simulated full liquidation value (conservative approach), not theoretical "market price × shares". Prevents misleading inflated values.

Q: How to claim winning rewards?

  1. Confirm your side won
  2. Signa → "Assets" → Find market
    • Click "Claim Reward" button if available
    • Or click position → Market details for settlement status

Timeline: Market expiry → Winner announced → 2-hour challenge period → Claim opens.

Q: Market settled, I won, but can't claim rewards?

  1. Verify connected account matches trading account
