Q: How to verify if my wallet/email is correctly connected?

Open Assets from the top-right avatar or the bottom navigation.

Next to Disconnect, you will see the currently connected EOA wallet address. For email login, this address is generated for the account automatically.

If you are using FoxChat or another wallet, compare the address shown in Signa with the address selected in your wallet.

Q: What's the relationship between email/wallet login and Signa account (smart wallet)?

Your email or external wallet is the login credential. The Signa account itself is the smart wallet created for you after login.

For email login:

  1. Privy generates EOA wallet from your email
  2. EOA generates your personal smart wallet

That smart wallet is where deposits, trades, and withdrawals take place.

The same general model applies to external wallet login.

This design reduces setup friction while keeping funds associated with a dedicated on-chain account.

Q: How to log out?

Open Assets and click Disconnect.

Q: How to switch accounts?

  1. Log out of the current account from Assets
  2. Log in again with a different email or wallet

Q: How to check how many Signa accounts I have?

Signa does not currently provide a master account view across all login methods. If you use multiple wallets or email addresses, you will need to track those accounts separately.

Q: How to clear cache?

If the page is not loading correctly or data appears incomplete:

  1. Disconnect from the current session
  2. Clear cache in the browser or in-app browser settings
  3. Log in again

Q: Why does a position show "Entry Price" below "Market Price" but still displays a loss?

Because the displayed market price is not always the same as the price you could realize by fully exiting the position.

Every trade moves the Yes/No curve. In thinner markets, price impact can be significant.

Example:

  • Market "Yes" at $0.30
  • User buys $1000 "Yes" → Price spikes to $0.65
  • Realizable value ≈ $1000 rather than simply $0.65 x position size
  • Price later drops to $0.35 → Full sell-out yields < $1000

Signa uses a more conservative estimate based on simulated liquidation value rather than a naive mark price.

Q: How to claim winning rewards?

  1. Confirm that your side won
  2. Go to Assets and find the settled market
  3. Click Claim Reward if the button is available, or open the position to review settlement status

Typical sequence: market expiry -> result proposed -> challenge window -> claim becomes available.

Q: Market settled, I won, but can't claim rewards?

Check the following:

  1. Make sure the connected account is the same one used for trading
  2. If you use multiple accounts, check whether a cached session is causing confusion
  3. Log out, clear cache, and log in again
  4. If the issue remains, collect screenshots or video and contact support

Q: "Page error" message, reload doesn't fix?

This is usually related to the browser, in-app browser, cache state, or device compatibility.

  1. Logout
  2. Clear cache
  3. Re-login

If it still fails, record:

  • App/browser used
  • Device/OS version
  • Screenshots/video

Then contact support through the official channels.

Q: How to switch language?

Open More and select Language from the sidebar.

Q: How to toggle light/dark mode?

Open More and select Theme:
