Why does my deposit not appear after I send funds?

Check the following:

• Confirm on BscScan that the transfer succeeded
• Make sure you sent USDT on BSC (BEP20)
• Check Assets -> History for the current status
• Allow a few minutes for network confirmation and balance refresh

How do deposits and withdrawals work?

Deposit

1. Assets → Deposit → Copy address
2. Send BSC USDT from wallet to this address
3. Wait for the balance to be credited to your account

Withdrawal

1. Assets → Withdraw
2. Enter amount + BSC address
3. Review carefully and confirm

Which assets are supported?

Signa currently supports USDT on BSC (BEP20).

Other tokens or networks are not supported for these transfers. Always verify the network before sending funds.
